Licensing

A promotional license is included in the base price. This allows you to use the artwork in any way you wish to promote your product or project; however, it doesn't allow you to use it on any products that will be distributed, physical or digital (including freebies).

A non-exclusive commercial license is +30% of the commission total, with a minimum of £300. It allows you to distribute the artwork as you wish, f.ex. printed on bookmarks to accompany your book, or on a variety of products in an online shop. It does not give you copyright ownership of the art, and you may not sublicense it or alter it in any way.

Invoice

The invoice is sent through Wise, with PayPal as an alternative if Wise is unavailable to you. Just let me know in “Additional Info”. You do not need a Wise account to pay a Wise invoice.

The invoice is due upon receipt, which I send once the contract is signed, which is sent once you accept the quote. You have not secured a commission slot until a PayPal transaction has been completed. The quote and start date offer is valid for 48 hours, after which I cannot guarantee the timeline or quote will remain the same.

Payment Plan and 50/50

I offer a payment plan where the invoice is paid in 3 instalments over 3 months, with the first payment due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Minimum monthly payment is £250. I will not start the work until the Full Balance is paid.

For commercial license projects only, I’m also happy to do 50/50, with the first payment due immediately and the last payment due upon delivery of the final artwork.

Additional Characters

Additional characters add 85% to the price. So a 2-person painterly bust is 750 * 1.85 = £ 1,387.5 GBP.
